urgent help

Isn't that self-explanatory?

Your case has been transferred to the BCIS office in San Francisco. The local people there are the ones who are going to decide what to do with your case, most likely they'll request a personal interview.

do you how long does it take. My case has been transfered to SFO office. Is there anyone whose case has been transferred to SFO office.

maturaloosalan,

Did you have any gaps in employment or any other such issue? The reason would probably be that they want a personal interview but there are reasons why cases get transferred to a local office. Its unfortunate that thus has happened as I have heard that some local offices take a considerable time to process cases transferred to them.

If I remember correctly your attorneys were pretty good. What did they say?

I wish you luck my friend and hope you get over with this ordeal soon.

Case transfers are sometimes done randomly for quality control/audit purposes.
