I just got my H1B approved. I am changing from H4 to H1.
The approval receipt says they approved my petition and change of status.
should I go to India for stamping now or I am start working from Oct 1 without getting stamping ?

---Yes, If H1 approval has I-94 attached (Lower part of Approval notice)

If your H4 to H1 COS has I-94 attached with H1 Approval notice then no need to go for H1 Visa stamping at this time but if you plan to go out then get H1 visa stamp.
