I am presently on J1 visa and had applied for a waiver .I have got 2 NORI forms attested from India but 1 from state govt is left .I have only 1 month left on my visa.Can I send my waiver application with 2 NORI forms and do I need to send my passport again to teh Houston Consulate Can I speed up the process?Does anyone has any idea about thid plz send me a reply

i month is not enough at all. The process is lenghthy and no way you can expedite it.
