Per my lawyer one of the non published advertisements for PERM i.e (Employee referral program in my case) does not has to be necessarily before the 30 days of PERM filing like the other and it can be even range in the month just before PERM filing date.
Could some please comment? Thanks in advance.

There is one exception to the standard 30 – 180 days prior to filing timeframe: One of the additional steps required for recruitment for professional occupations may be conducted within 30 days prior to filing
