Urgent help

Hi Guys,

I just sent out my 485 before 5 pm by priority mail. But just now I found that the checks and photos are not included. Please give me advise.

Can I send the checks and photos in a separate mail by Overnight mail so that this mail can catch the priority mail? If so, how can materials in both mails be put together?

Or is there any other way that I can fix this problem?

They will return your 485. They will not process without your checks. You can refile your 485 with check and photos.

We don't know how long... I think it would take a month or 2 months or sooner. Just wait for other people in this forum to answer your questions (they may have similar experiences like that.)
