Urgent Help Taking Appointment for H1B and H4

Hi,

I took appointment for myself(H1B) and added dependent details for my wife(H4) for appoinment in ottawa,canada. They charged me 15 dollars for that. And I have selected a date on Feb 4th (it was showing a number 1 as available).
a) My question is this appointment enough for me and my wife. Or do i need to get a different appointment date for my wife?
b) Will they send me a confirmation letter to my house in new york?

Please help me. THanks in advance.
 
If you added your wife as a dependant, You are fine for both.

No, AFAIK they will only send to an address in canada.

THey sent me the appointment confirmation letter to my home in new york along with the forms.
