Urgent help- Self-Petition NIW: steps to do?

Hi all! Thanks in advance for ur help!!!!!

am doing my J-1 waiver & thinking of doing a self petition for NIW. :confused:
Anyone out there who can help me with all the steps/things/precautions needed?

I need to file it urgently as my *Work in public interest Letter from IGA* is expiring in less than 2 months.

I had applied for NIW last year at TSC got approved few months back.Now have applied for 485 and just recd EAD.
It is very simple all u need is to fill the form I-140 attach the letter u got from the agency, and a five year contract with the reqd fees.When I applied last year the letter was issued in may and I applied in Nov , 7 days before the so called expiration date.
