I am planning to invoke AC21 as it has been 6 mths since RD of i-485. I don't have 750A & B but sent a request for it thru FOIA. Hope it comes faster as my current company need me immediately.

My questions are

1. Do I need to inform INS about my change of job or wait till I get RFE on this? 'cause 750A & B takes time to come I guess. What is the best to do?

2. How long this 750A & B takes to come?

3. Employment letter from a new company should be addressed to INS or to me? My new company does not give an employment letter addressed to INS. So am worried.

Please answer this guys.

-----No need to inform about new Job. If you get RFE, you can send AC21 letter.

2. How long this 750A & B takes to come?
----I don't know. Search this forum.

3. Employment letter from a new company should be addressed to INS or to me? My new company does not give an employment letter addressed to INS. So am worried.
--EVL or Employment support letter should be addressed to INS. INS don't need your offer letter.

My new company does not give an employment letter addressed to INS. So am worried.
let them write at top:TO WHOSOEVER IT MAY CONCERN

Is your I-140 approved? It will be more safer if 140 is approved.

Yes. Mine approved in 2002 and I have a copy of I-140.

Problem is I don't have a copy of Labour so I don't know descriptions mentioned in my labour which was filed in 2000. I have applied now so it will take time I suppose.

Offering company is so big that they don't want to deal with INS.

I am in total mess neither leave my present company nor take this golden opportunity.
