iam Currently on OPT status(which will end on feb 2007),and i applied for H1 and my receipt date is 21 june 2006 (from vermont center) i am still waiting for my h1 approval. now my question is that recently i got a full time oppurtunity with IBM, is it possible to transfer my h1(by using LIN number,and also i am having the paystubs).
what is the best suitable solution for my problem.
please help me guys.
