Urgent Help - Post I-140

Hello -

My I-140 through EB1 OR got approved today. I was not able to do concurrent processing as I had to travel outside of US at that time. What is the next step for me and can I apply for I-485 or is there any waiting time or restrictions?

Yes u can apply for 485. You dont have to wait.

---if at present you are in US you can apply I-485,EAD,AP(dont forget to attach the copy ofI-140 approval with I-485)
or is there any waiting time or restrictions?
