urgent help pls - B1 visa rejection effect L1-b individual visa

Greetings All,

I was rejected a b1 visa during december '05. I had to go to US
for training but, I guess the officer was doubtful and I was rejected
with "potential immigrant (214(b))" clause.My company have applied for a
premium L1b individual in this year as I have to go there and handle a project. Is my b1 rejection going to affect this one?

what to tell to the visa officer if he asks why ur visa has been been rejected last time?.pls give me advice

L1 is dual intent visa and "potential immigrant" won't be a reason of denial for L1B.
