I've e-filed EAD for my wife. I am trying to find the address to send the supporting documents. Please help

Did you get the WAC receipt? The address will be on the receipt. It will clearly say the supporting documents should be sent to that address. Did you get a PDF document?

Thanks for the feed back.
I am sending the following documents. Please tell me if I need to include any other document.
1. E-file Confirmation Receipt Copy
2. Copy of previous employment authorization card front and back
3. Copy of I-797D front and back
4. Copy of I-485 Receipt
5. Copy of form I-94 front and back
6. Marriage Certificate
Do I need anything else ?

First 4 should do. I-94 and Marriage cert are not required.

You know why....I don't have worries whether the mail got lost or will I get a receipt (WAC) back etc.... This way I feel I have done my job. I still think it is easy. 
I filled my spouse's paper app in about ten minutes. (no time lost trying to figure out which status matches best on the online form drop down box the H4 status you need to fill in)
Threw it in a FedEx enevelope and overnight it to USCIS on the way to work.
Track it online and get the delivery information --> so I know they received it (you even know the name of the person that actually signed for delivery!!)
See that the check got cashed by USCIS --> you know your app has been accepted (my credit union shows me online a scanned image of the check after it got cleared, which BTW has the WAC number on it, that way I know the WAC# of the EAD extension application as soon as they cash the check!!)
Check the status online and wait for the card (got it in 2 months).
End of story.

csc485, you should be able login into the same site (with your profile) and reprint it? Is that not possible?

Thank you for your recommendation.
I didn't save my application. So when I login my e-filing accoutn,
there is nothing.
The link you forwarded has no information about CSC, only VSC.

When you are sending this support documents, you also need to send a copy of Confirmation Receipt (not the application copy) which you should have printed out. Good luck.
