Urgent, Help please! H1B Transfer question...

I applied for new H1B visa in premium processing for company A. I hope i will get approval in a week or so. Now i anticipate an offer from company B.

So here is my question...
Is it possible to transfer my H1 from company A (provided H1 approved but haven't started working and so no pay stubs from company A) to company B ?
In other word, is it possible to transfer H1,
- immediately after new approval
- and without any pay stubs

This is a question b/c company B might not ready for new H1B visa but will ready for H1B visa transfer.

Well based on my understanding you cannot use company A H1B approval to apply for H1B transfer because you never worked for the company!!.

If you work for them then you can use the paychecks to apply for company B transfer.

Only option is to apply for new H1 through company B if you do not want to work for company A.

okay...if i work for 2 week for company A, one pay check is suffice for H1B transfer to company B?

Yes that should be enough to apply for H1B transfer. But make sure your receive your H1B transfer receipt before you start working for company B.

Always check with you attroney once you decide to do this.
