I am currently in L2 status and working with an EAD. My company is processing H1 for me, which would be valid from OCT 2005. Meantime my husband is also planning to convert from L1 to H1. The problem now is, should i apply for H4 along with him? If so will I be holding both H1 and H4 visas. In that case should i have to go out of country to be in H1 visa??
More over i am not sure if i have to apply for H4 now. The only reason, i feel i should apply is that, if my H1 gets rejected then i will be having my H4 visa. If i don't apply for H4 now, then later i need to apply for H4 seperately which doubles my cost..
Can someone please avice me on this..
