I hope some one will help me. My OPT expired on 7/31. But by that time I applied for H1B through company A. I got my H1B approved on 9/3. But in between i got a better job with Company B and decided to join. I thought I can transfer my Visa with out a problem. But the problem is I haven't joined Company A and I dont have Pay stub. So Company B cannot transfer my H1B. As i am still in 60 day grace period I can apply for new H1B. But Company B's attorney is out of country and will return on 29th which will be my last day of 60 day grace period.
I want to pursue career with company B. Please let me know what options I have. Please help!
