Hi all.
I need urgent help..i have filed for my 485 and not married yet. I did my finger printing on Dec5th 2001. I am going to get married in
India by the end of Feb. but for some reasons my wife won\'t be able to some to US immdly . Is it possible for me to do her AOS i.e
C.P ( Counsellor Processing) from India and same time keep my 485 going in United States.

No u cannot.

She needs to go for medical plus sign some documents that are related to I485+her I94 copy should be provided for filing EAD.
 
yes, It is possible

You got to file I-824 for ur wife.Once urs got approved, they will send to consulate where ur wife can file the application.

Read the I-485 filing instruction carefully. You will know it.
