Urgent help needs on Dependents Reentry While H1 Transfer

Changed job and I applied transfer H1B Visa from Employer A to Employer B when my Dependents are in India trip.

Dependents have valid H4 (Stamped in passport) that was with my Employment A.

Is there any issue dependents reentry to US with exsting valid H4 Visa?
 
No Problem for H4 Re-Entry with existing valid H4 Visa

A0001,

There will not be any problem for the dependents in re-entrying into US with existing valid H4 Visa.
