Urgent Help needed!!!

First thing I want to know how this LCA works???

Actually one of my co worker found some where on net that my offer letter says 110 K and its only me in that whole company as others are at 80K...

I found out that my employer has sent a letterI at the time of filing I 485) stating that the intent is to pay 110K after completion of approval .

My present salary is 60K as I was forced to reduce it from 70K.

I am all worried now as it will generate RFE for this.

As I was filed in RIR case which LCA will be effective ?

1. At the time of H1-B ( says salary of 58K)
2. Do they have different LCA for GC?

I have new offer of 72K in hand but that is in CO. If I change my job

1. I dont know how it goes if INS is transferred as CO comes under Nebraska.
2. Will my RD date for Nebraska will be as of VSC that is Feb 02


I am totally lost with this situation...
 
Don't worry about salary difference. Many people with far lesser salary got approved. Salaries depend on client and city also. AC21 does not state that salary should be same or higher. It's only some people's (including some BCIS officials) interpretation. But till now no body got denied because of Salary reason. The important thing is Job description. Don't worry about change of service center. Where ever you get job, go for it.
