Urgent!!! help needed

Wife\'s parents passed away, my wife went back to china this morning without AP!!! Her H-4 expired on Mar. 1, 2002. How to get her back to US?

Options

1. Try to apply AP for her with the service center. If it gets approved she can come into US.
2. If your H1 is still valid, ask her to try for a new H4 stamp at the US consulate
