Hi Gurus,

I made a service request regarding my case about withdrawal on June 14 and got response as follows

According to our records, your application was withdrawn on 05/xx/2009. Thank you.



A second one requesting a letter confirming my withdrawal on July 1st

According to our records, no withdrawal notice has been sent. If you have further questions or concerns, we request that you schedule an INFOPASS appointment at www.uscis.gov to discuss your pending application with your local District Office. If you do not have access to a personal computer, please note that most libraries have online access. Please ensure to take all supporting documentation as well as valid photo identification to your appointment. Please be on time. Thank you.

How do i Decipher this info. Driving crazy now. Any Help appreciated.
 
Hi Bob,

does that mean they have withdrawn my application but not sent acknowledgment. Because in my first request i asked when my application was withdrawn and in my second request I asked them to resend my withdrawal acknowledgment for which I got the second reply. Hopefully my misery ends next week as I already followed u advise and took infopass.

I wanted to reply ASAP as I have my property case settled back in my home country and wanted to confirm it before i do that.
