Hi
i will try to pu the things in a simple n lucid style:
One of my friends attended h1b visa renewal interview at Matamoros, MX, the officer gave him a administrative processing and he entered USA on Advanced Payroll for two months, so far my friend hasnt received any communication from the consulate so can he stay in usa after his AP expires by applying a new h1b with other company or does he has to leave the country once the AP expires. please someone who has knowledge about this respond asap.
