Urgent help needed

Hi,

I have EAD and I140 approved. My wife going to join me soon on H-4. I have an offer but I cannot change my company because I havent file AOS for my wife.

The new company I am joining, I'll have to use my EAD and cannot transfer my H-1. My wife will lose her status as soon as I use my EAD.

Is there any way I can file for her AOS and also join this new company.

i think the simple way is to have her joining you on H4 and apply for AOS before you use the EAD. However, if you're affected by the recent event of PD retrogression, this option may not be as simple as it sounds.

Alternatively, she may apply for an immigration visa at the US consulate of your/her country.
