Urgent - Help needed with Question 6B on N400

Gurus, need you help on question 6B of N400 - employment information and addresses.

Company moved 3 times in the past 6 years. Does one have to list the latest address of the company for the full duration of those years (6 yrs), or list all 3 addresses (same company) in three lines with 'from' and 'to' dates?

Current address should suffice. I have worked with the same employer for over 9 years now, but changed locations every few years, including city and state, in addition to going through a merger with another company. I only put the current address, where I am located now, for the employer. If you have changed employers, then I do suggest you list them separately in Part 6 B.

Thank you Mickey. My situation is that this is a previous employer (the one that changed address a few times during my time withe them), not my current employer. Does that change anything?
