Urgent Help needed to fill I-485 form

Hi All,

I have confusion to fill part-2 of I-485. where should I click? I have a approved I-140 under NIW category

1.Option (a) of Part-2 of I-485 or
2.Option (h) and indicate that I have a approved I-140 petition.

which option of the above two is appropriate for me?

Please advise as soon as possible.
