My previous employer had filed my L1B Individual Petition last year and it got approved. However the visa stamping was not done. My employer also did not hand me my petition when I left the company.
My new employer now is filing my H1B. But as I do not have any details about my L1 petition, will it affect my H1B processing? Also what do I mention in the form about my L1 petition?
