urgent help needed -Question regarding overstay and expired visa

Hi :

have a qestion... My father came to usa on Visitor visa... due to personal reason he has overstayed.Hi I-94 got expired.
He is preparing to leave to india shortly. Have a question.
While leaving, will he have any issue or problem.. at the airport security check ?
can he leave normally . Will i have any effect on my visa status after he elaves . I am worried about both of our cases
Please advise ASAP, so that i can book aticket for him.

Since there is no exit control in the US, your father should not have any issues leaving. However if he underwent special registration upon entry, he needs to follow an "exit" process. Some airports have machines to take of those and at some, you need to meet a DHS officer. You father will have issues when he next comes to the US because of his overstay.
Your visa status (regardless of what is it), should not be impacted in form or shape.

URGENT HELP --Will Illegal stay of Visitor, effect the person who sponsered B1 Visa

Hi : I have a question, please help with your advise.

My freinds father has overstayed on his visitor visa for quite a long time now/// He got his last I-94 denied but he is stilll staying with his son due to personal reasons and is dependend financially on my friend. Now my question is will this illegal stay of his father cause any problem to my friend as his Green card is in progress? i heard that person who keeps illegal person with is also under violation of law --- is this really true... if cought, will my friend be driven out of US ?

Please help ASAP ?
