Urgent help needed: K1 deny and force withdraw

Hi,
I need some urgent help here, I apply my finace from hong kong to here and yesterday she had an interview with the consulate, she is too nervous and make a mistake on answering one of the questions they ask , and they claim the answer is mismatch from what i say and call it a fraud, they are force her two options

1) signed the self withdraw the case, and force her to write down she provided wrong information , and claimed this case will be close, we will not be sued for fraud and can reapply again.

2) They say if she don't sign, they sign it for her as fraud and she will never able to come to US again, and possibly we'll get sue.

then under lot of pressure, my fiance sign the self withdrawal against her will

Now I'm not sure what should i do now

Please help..................

They also said if she self withdraw to give up the case, it will not be in computer record.

I'm really not sure if they are telling the truth.
and will that affect if i get marry with her and apply her as spouse

Was the mismatch in information verbal or in writting? What exactly was the mismatch?
