URGENT help needed..I-765 denied because ...

I got letter from USCIS that my I-765 is denied because my I-485 has been approved but I haven't got anything from them...and online status message is same old one. No LUD changes since Feb-23-05 on my I-485 case....

What do I do now?

Can I come to work tomorrow and continue..???
Should I go to local center?

I don't trust USCIS so worried that if they messed up by mistake...

Please tell me what should I do....

My friend has similar situation as you. After waiting more than a month after I-75 denial, he went to local district office with the I-765 denial notice and told that he did not get I-485 approval letter - so "either give me a new EAD or stamp passport for GC - whatever applicable". He took three passport size pictures with him (for the purpose of plastic green card). His passport was stamped on the spot.
So set a INFOPASS appointment and go to local office.

I guess your I-485 is approved too.

If your current EAD card is valid (and you are working on EAD) are perfectly fine to work tomorrow.

I called USCIS and talked to immigration officer. She started asking me when I did PP stamping or had an interview, etc... I told her that I haven't received anything and when I should expect my I-485 approval notice? She said she can not give out that information but I should wait for that notice and do PP stamping. After completing it, I can go back to work. But I've continued working at this moment.
The officer congratulated me at the last when I asked her again to confirm my I-485 approval.
I have Info Pass on 4th April for Interim EAD, I think I will get PP stamping done on that day the way your friend did in case I don't receive the 485 approval notice.
Did you friend's beneficiary also get PP stamping?

You can set up infopass appointment and get your pp stamped.

Beneficiary and dependent cases will be treated separately, however it will not harm to check at counter by giving 485 receipt number and see whether approved or not.

Yes, my friend's spouse also got PP stamping. Just take your spouse with you on 4th April. Take three passport size pictures for each of you. You message will also be simple "give me interim EAD or give PP stamping". I am sure you will get passport stamping.

pralay - can you please provide few more details?

Was your friend asked to wait for a month?
Is one Infopass ok for me and my spouse? I couldn't get another one.
Eventually, did he ever receive the approval notices?

No, he wasn't asked to wait for a month. But his EAD card was expiring soon (and renewal was denied anyway). So he had no other option - other than going to district office and asking for EAD or PP stamping.

Not sure one Infopass will work both. But does not harm if you try. However, I would recommand to set another Infopass appointment on later date for her. If she get her passport stamping on the same date as yours you can cancel that appointment. Otherwise, she can use that appointment to get her PP stamped.

so does it mean that if someone getting their 4 ead renewed, with the case sitting in the local office for about 9 months, that everything is ok with the case it is just the time is taking since they are back logged, expersts please post your opinion, would highly appreciate it

Here , the problem is that no one knows when I will receive my $100 million..
but have to pay the $50 million taxes first... :)

My driving licence is also expiring. That is the another worry for me.
I will get another Info pass for my spouse. I hope we both get stampped on 4th.
Strange thing...our online status messages are still same as old messages for all cases.
I wonder what kind of system they have...

You should be able to renew your DL with I-485 receipt (I don't about other states, but in California DMV it's acceptable document for renewal). If they don't accept that, then you got another reason. Tell USCIS that you cannot renew DL without EAD or PP stamping.
 
I don't know if NJ considers I-485 reciept but as you said it will be one more reason to tell them to get PP stamping.

I-765 Renwal Denied with 485 Approved message

I got a letter of Notice I-765 Renewal denied because of I-485 is no longer pending, has been approved. i would like to visit local office for PP stamping , Did anybody get the PP staming at MEMPHIS , Tennessee office.

Could you please help me.
