I need urgent help regarding my case. I recently got married and now the other person wants an annulment because it's not working out and it was a 'mistake'. The problem is that I filled for my adjustment of status soon after the marriage (based on my husband's approved I-140) and now I am afraid that my application will be cancelled or denied once the marriage is over because I can no longer show financial support AND I cannot even go back to my F-1 status.
Its so early that I haven't even received my EAD card. But what are my options really. will my application still go ahead if I can convince him not to withdraw it despite dissolution of our marriage. if I get a job after graduating soon will I be able to support myself in my I-485 case?
