Urgent ...help needed..H4 to F1 conversion while my husband is applyinig for I-140

I am planning to convert from h4 to F1 visa.My husband is applying for the I-140 .I am planning to apply for a change of status through mail.Is there any issues when i leave US and go for the stamping of F1-visa?
