Urgent Help needed for quick question regarding I140 RFE! Thanks!!!

hey guys

here is my background information:

Worked in Company A for 4 yrs
Working in Company B for 1 Yr (prior to Labor filing)

According to my lawyer, when we are showing work experience proof in response to my RFE, we cannot show current work-experience - but only work experience prior to current job. Is this true????

he is saying - we can show 4yrs work experience of Company A but not 1yr work experience of Company B!!!!

if someone can post a link or some concrete information about this, i would really really appreciate it....

....we need to respond to the RFE in a day or two so please help!!!!

Your lawyer is correct. According to the postings in this forum, experience gained in with the current employer does not count towards the work experience.
