Urgent Help needed - AC21

HI all,

Did anyone got approved thru AC21 after joining companies like Satyam or Wipro after six months of AOS ?

The reason for my question is if you join one of these companies I guess the emp letter will specify the location as any Indian city, but you could be working here on an assignment.

Can anyone shed some light on this kind of situation.

The location will not say India.
The location may say an US city.
The location is unimportant- as long as the offer is from a US based company- it does not matter if the HQ of comapny is based outside US.

I - 140 Approved
I- 485 > 180 days

Based on my personal conversation with HR's of Wipro/Satyam/HCL America. Lot of people have used AC21 with them and have got approved.
