URGENT: Help in Filling EAD Form

Hello Gurus,

I am on employment based AOS.
My H1 expired and Currently using first EAD. I am applying for EAD Renewal

What should I fill in for no. 15 and no 16 in form I-765

15.Current Immigration Status ? what should I write here???

16. Eligibility Category under Eligibility under 8 CFR 274a.12? is it c(9)?

for 16 you said c(0) (9)

I did not find anything regarding (0) in the instructions of I-765. Please confirm.

i had put (c) (09) in my application. and i think thats what max21k meant...but will let him clarify. anyways it is left to one's interpretation. USCIS themselves refer to it as (c) (9)...

I've always filled it out as (C) (0) (9)
Even the approved EAD shows the category as C09 -- I think you should be fine with either that or just (C) (9) -- shouldn't matter too much.
I mentioned what worked for me in the past :)
