Urgent help: I-485 receive date?

I filed I-485 to Vermont center 11/15/02 and haven't get the receipt yet. Many people in the same situation.

Does it also occur in Nebraska Center?

IN NSC I got my reciepts in abt 3 weeks.
Mailed the packet on aug 30th. got the recipts on sept 20th
 
Receipt date

I got the receipt only after 6 weeks. So, do not worry too much about it. You will get it soon.

i got mine in 8 days

I mailed my I-485 packet to Nebraska from Boulder on Dec. 4, it was received at the INS on Dec. 6 (according to USPS package tracking) and I received my receipt notice yesterday, on Dec. 12. I don't remember what the official RD is, though.
