URGENT HELP - H1B 8th year revoked after 9th year approval!

H1B 8th year revoked - Unitednations/Great Guru, please help!

Here is my story short.

My pending LC belongs to Company A and they agreed to continue the processing and are still supporting it.

I switched to Company B and they applied for my H1B 8th year extension (based on that pending LC) and it was approved and the H1B is valid until Dec 2005.

Meanwhile I switched over to Company C and applied for H1B 9th year extension in April 2005 (based on that same pending LC) and it was approved in July 2005. Company B did not like my switchover and said that they would cancel my H1B 8th year visa. I thought they were threatening me. Looks like Company B has really submitted an application to cancel my H1B 8th year visa. And here is how I came to know about it. I still have those H1B/H4 case status numbers registered on the USCIS case status tracking site. I just noticed that the LUD has changed on 08/16/05. The case status message did not change though.

I am worried if there will be any issues because of this? My current H1B 9th year extension was approved in July itself. Will I have any trouble in future H1B extensions or with my current GC processing?

LUD on my approved 9th year H1B/H4 - Please help!

I just got an LUD on my already approved 9th year extension! It was already approved on July 14th itself. But the LUD changed today on Sep 19!!

I am not sure what is going on. If you read my earlier post above, you can see that my 8th year extension was revoked by my previous employer. Though it happened only after my 9th year extension approval, I am kind of concerned.

Can USCIS come back and revoke my 9th year extension now?

You are already with Company C - H1 Udayappa, hell with Company b they can do nothing on your comp c approved padayappa h1.
