Urgent Help - H1 Revalidation

My passport was stollen , during burglary at my home ....I was issued a duplicate passport from my home country.

I had H1-B visa stamped on my passport before it was stollen...& it the visa on that was going to expire in June 2004 ....
Is there any way I can get , visa stamped on my passport by sending the passport to Washington/MO..............

I read the details & it says that you should have a visa of same kind on the passport .....& the visa should be expiring in 6 months.

But now as I have been issued a new passport , there is no visa on it ...can I still get it stamped on the passport ...........
I have a photo copy of all the pages of my old passport , including 2 stamped H1-B visas ...

You are okie and get it stamped when next time you go outside USA ..

You are NOT eligible for stamping at Washington
