My H1-B expired on 07/14/2002 and I filed for my H1-B ext application on 06/21/2002 (RD).
The LCA filed expired on Oct 2002 and INS send a query about expired LCA in Nov 2002.
My lawyer extended the same LCA in DEC 2002 and responded to the query.
In Feb 2003 INS again send REF about the LCA saying the LCA is from Dec 2002.
I am running out of 240 day's after H1B expiry time.
Does anybody know this LCA will be accepted correctly and I will get H1B ext effective 07/14/2002.
