Urgent help - green card application

Hi everyone,

My first three-year H1B will be expired in September 2011, and my firm has sent my H1B extension application on May 24, 2011. The extension is still in process, but I think I should receive the approval notice soon.

At the mean time, I am planning to send out my green card application (I-485, I-130, and I-765) through marriage tomorrow.

Shall I go ahead and send out the green card application tomorrow anyway even though my H1B extension is still pending or I should wait till it gets approved?

Please advise. Thank you guys;)

Since H1B allows for dual intent, there should be no effect on your H1B extension application from filing a parallel immigration application.
