Urgent Help FP result not received since 2 1/2 months.

I did my finger printing on Feb 15th 2003. FBI says they sent the report to INS on FEB 20th. TSC says they have not received it and they wanted me to call FBI nad request them to resend. I called FBI today and they me that they are going to resend only if INS requests. What should I do. Should I contact NSC for this or---?
 
write a letter to the service center. As far as you are considered the service center is the responsible party. Do you have the FP confirmation papers you got from local INS? Make legible copies and send to the service center and inquire why FP results have not been updated in your file?

Hi, Jaxen:

Do you know to whom we should write and at what address regard this matter? I did FP 3 weeks ago and TSC still have not received it by today. This is really annoying.
