Urgent Help... For B1 Visa - Stamping Mistake

Hi;

My mom got the B2 visa after 3 trials. The Officer told her that congratulations you can enjoy your visa for 10 years. When we received her pc it's only for "S" entry, She's rightnow in USA and wondering what can we do ?

What is the expiray date of the visa ? Does it expires after 10 years.

If so, then it is misprint and a correction can be requested.

Even if it was a 10 yr multiple entry visa she can stay only for 6 months at a time.
