DS157 form available on the websites of US embassy New Delhi (http://www.state.gov/documents/organization/7769.pdf)
expires on July 31, 2005.
My visa interview is on Aug 29. What do I do. Should I fill the same form? Or is there a different form available. Where can I get a form that hasnt expired yet?
