Hi all,
Has anybody gone for CP after filing AOS, if they know there files are still in consulate.
I had not opted for CP, but files were sent to consualte. My ND is 04/24/01. When I found out middle of this month, my files were still in consulate. I have not received the fingerprint even in this batch. I do not know the reason. Now I want to go for CP. If anyone has done it successfully, let me know. Thanks in advance.
