can someone answer my questions?

1.After paying at bank HDFC is it true that 2 business days required to activate?
2. What type of output will be printed after entering all the details?
3. Is Approved application can be accessed as many times we want?
4. Is it possible to print the approved letter in PDF format?

1. Two business days required
What do you mean by approved application? When visa is approved it will be stamped in your passport.

After filling, forms are saved for 7 days within which you should get an appointment, if not you have to fill the forms again. (Not pay the fees, just keep filling forms every 7 days)
You can use a PDF printer (ex. CutePDF) to print everything to a PDF and send it to a real printer later.
There are many 'forms', interview language is printed on appointment letter only, I think. You can take English interview even if appointment is in regional language, but not vice versa.
