My wife is going for H4 stamping at Chennai consulate on 27th Dec(I am working on H1-B visa.) She is carrying all documents listed on chennai consulate website, except my LCA and I-129 forms, which we don't have copies with us as of now. Is it absolutely necessary to carry these documents? Does the consulte reject H4 visa if they don't have a copy of LCA/I-129 of the principal applicant? We do have I-797 though.
