URGENT: H1b transfer with Just receipt Notice?

I am switching to a new employer after I get the h1b trasfer receipt notice. new employer not ready for doing premium processing. :mad: (FYI will be filed at TSC)

Now, for some reason, if I decide to jump again before I get my final approval papers, Can another h1b trasfer be filed with just the receipt notice? and a few paystubs?

So thats the recommended course of action is it?.

So its always safe to have the approval papers in hand.

Pl. advice. yes I can pay the additional 1000

wprst case, if the copmany says they cannot accept payment from me for premium processing, I have no option but to go with Regular...

So from a H1b rule stand point, Can a new transfer be filed with just the recepit notice that I will have
Or is that a strict NO NO
