**Urgent - H1B Expiry and CP**

Hello,

My H1B has expired 10 days ago. I left the US the day it expired.
I am now in India for CP. Interview is this week.

No extension is applied for, since the dates are so close and my attorney suggested that h1 extension is not required becuase he calculated the CP interview date and the current expiry to be too close.

If I am asked that my h1 is expired..?

Any suggesstions.

You were perfectly in legal status when U left the country an dnow Y are apprearing as a permanent resident, I think that should not cause any major problems, if U have sufficent evidence that U left before U\'r visa expires that is fine.
 
That\'s fine

H1B expiry does not matter. Have u got out of the country on or before the I-94 date. If yes, you are in perfect shape. If no, have you applied for H1B extension (though not yet approved). If not, pray god !!!
