urgent h1B check list

Hi,

where can I find h1B revalidation check list?.

My employer has given me only I-129 and I dont have any other stuff . what is I-797 ( notice of action )?.

can anyone please please post the h1B check list for just ONLY visa revalidation?

I have the following.

passport
i-94
paysuff
bank statements
DS156,157

I-129
employer offer and continuation
photo graphs
company profile
all the old h1b copies

original certifcates.

can any one tell me what extra docuements needed?

I checked the whole forum, but I could not get a final conclusion on the checklist ONLY FOR VISA REVALIDATION?

---I-129 should have copy of LCA (better get it certified by lawyer who filed H1)
what is I-797 ( notice of action )?.
