Urgent - H1 Transfer

Hi,
Currently I am working with one of goodwill company in India.
My company has filled my H1B for this year (2007 Oct).
1) In this case, from India How to take a transfer at new company which
belongs to USA directly ?
2) Or I need to apply for new H1B Application again?

I need to take some quick action base on exprienced reply...
Please guide me to resolve this queries?
 
H1 transfer will be only possible while you are in USA with an H1 visa.
