Urgent: H1-B transfer

Hi,

Last year I got my H1 approved from a profit org.

After 3-4 months I got it transferred to a non-profit org.

Now again I want to join a profit org. So in this case my transfer will be:

1. A reqular H1 transfer process OR
2. Profit org will have to file an application for a new H1 in next years cap.

Friends please help...
