My sister is applying for permanent residency fo my mom (Indian passport). My mom's name is written in 3 different ways in her passport, her birth certificate and my sister's birth certificate. My mom got an affidavit in India stating that all the various names in the above documents are one and the same person and that she is the mother of my sister but by mistake she added my sister's Indian passport number that is no longer valid since my sister is now a U.S. citizen. Can we still use this affidavit to show the parent-child relationship. Pls advise. Thx in advance
